JENNIFER NOGLE THOMPSON
Principal
Jennifer joined the Interior Motives team in 1982, and became its principal owner in 1987. She is passionate about your vision, and about working with you to ensure that the space created reflects your needs and your personality. Jennifer’s background encompasses interior design, furnishings, textiles and decorative arts for both residential and commercial projects. An experienced and thorough project manager, Jennifer is adept at handling projects from conception through the final finishing touches, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. Jennifer has a degree from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo with a concentration in Interior Design.
DEBBIE MANVILLE
Partner
Debbie joined Interior Motives in 2014, bringing over 20 years of interior design and retail experience to the team. With a background that spans a range of contract, commercial and residential projects, as well as co-owning a retail interior design store for 15 years, Debbie provides a sharp eye and insider’s perspective for all your aesthetic preferences and functional needs. She completed undergraduate studies in Art from Biola University and has an Interior and Environmental Design Certification from UCLA Design Extension. Debbie is passionate about all aspects of interior design and project management, and as Jennifer’s business and design partner, she thrives on working as a team to overcome any challenge in order to ensure the realization of your vision.
